I was born in Cardigan, West Wales.
Q What’s your favourite way to sweat?
When I’m in London I love to go to Kobox and Barry’s Bootcamp. Both are awesome. When I am in LA I love to go hiking at Runyon Canyon. Such amazing views over the city and a perfect moment to reflect on personal / business goals.
Q Best way to recover after a workout?
I am obsessed with the Blueberry bliss protein smoothie from the Earth Café at Equinox.
Q What does HPE stand for and why does it exist?
HPE stands for Human Performance Engineering. In an activewear market long dominated by a few powerhouse brands we are building affordable luxury with performance and innovation for everyone. We want to encourage movement, health and wellness. We want to be the activewear brand of a new generation.
Q If HPE were a person, what would their typical weekend plans include?
Dinner and drinks with friends at Soho House West Hollywood on Friday evening. An early spin class followed by a hike at Runyon Canyon, shopping and an evening at a music concert on Saturday. Chilling with friends and family on Sunday.
