Our three pillars:

CURATION: We source the best activewear brands and styles from around the world, hand-picking items that blend style, performance and quality to provide a curated and unique edit just for you.

CONTENT: We produce content across all our channels, to inspire, inform and empower your fitness journey.

COMMUNITY: We exist to inspire every body’s movement. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, we are here to support your every move.

Our Story So Far

We launched in late 2015 in a (cold) garage in London with enough space for four people. Fast forward to February 2022, and Marks and Spencer plc, the UK’s largest clothing retailer, took a majority stake in The Sports Edit.

We’ve come a long way, but the journey has just begun.

M&S | THE SPORTS EDIT

We remain an independently run, entrepreneurial business, still managed by the same founding team. But we now have the resources of M&S behind us, enabling us to accelerate our mission. We also share common values:

Eat Well, Move More

As a Group, we are committed to helping our customers maintain a healthy lifestyle through movement and nutrition. Our goal at TSE is to inspire movement and exercise in our customers, whilst M&S offers a growing range of ‘Eat Well’ nutritionally balanced products to help support that journey

Sustainability & Plan A

Sustainability is a key value that we share with M&S.  A clear action plan is paramount as we strive to minimise our impact on the planet.

M&S first launched its Plan A sustainability action plan in 2007. The mission is to become a net zero business across the entire value chain by 2040, and net zero across our own operations by 2035.
