MORE INGREDIENT INSPIRATION

Don’t hold back on the toppings, treat yourself and those around you, go bananas, from banana to berries, choc-chips to chia seeds, your imagination is the only limit. Why not enhance the nutritional value of your bark by incorporating some serious superfood powders, try; maca, baobab, spirulina, turmeric and even matcha. Not only do these powders add flavour, they help to cleanse your body, regulate hormones, and add a wealth of vibrant flavour.

  • Tropical twist: Consider adding some more exotic ingredients. Why not top your yogurt bark with golden kiwi, coconut shavings, baobab powder and goji berries.

  • Italian influence: Mix in some coffee powder and maca powder to your yogurt bark and decorate with crushed pavesini biscuits and cocoa nibs to add a taste of traditional tiramisu to your treat.

  • Best of British summer: Make the most of the British summer by adding a selection of in season berries, from gooseberries to blackberries, finish with a sprinkle of smashed rich tea biscuits to add the ultimate British touch.

Alternatively, why not let your protein yogurt mix freeze in ice lolly moulds, then a few short hours later you will be able to cool that summer sweat with a sweet, protein packed fro-yo lolly… What are you waiting for?
